Your privacy and safety are extremely important to me. Any information you share, whether through a custom order form, consultation, or coaching session , is kept strictly confidential.

Never share your personal details, measurements, photos, or design ideas with third parties
Store your information securely and only use it for the purpose of completing your order or providing your service
Treat all coaching conversations, mental‑strength sessions, and personal training discussions with complete confidentiality
Respect your boundaries, comfort levels, and wellbeing at all times
For children or young athletes, all communication and sessions follow strict safeguarding practices. Parents or guardians must always be involved in the process.
Custom Order Inquiry Policy
All custom work at Caroline Customs is handled on a case‑by‑case basis to ensure every project receives the attention, time, and creativity it deserves.
How Custom Orders Work
To request a custom item, you must complete a Custom Order Form or contact me directly through the website. This gives me the information I need to understand your idea, timeline, and requirements.
Once your inquiry is submitted:
I will review your design request carefully.
I will decide whether I can take on the project, not all designs will be accepted.
If I choose to proceed, I will contact you to discuss the next steps.
We will arrange a Custom Consultation to talk through fabrics, colours, sizing, design details, pricing, and timelines.
No custom order will begin until the consultation is complete, all details are agreed and the deposit is paid.
Important Notes
I reserve the right to decline any custom design that is outside my scope, style, or capacity.
Custom orders require a non‑refundable deposit before work begins.
Timelines vary depending on complexity, materials, and current workload.
Once a design is agreed and work has started, changes may not be possible.
My goal is always to create something special, but also to ensure every project is
realistic, achievable, and crafted to the highest standard.
